For telephony, TyTN II supports quad band GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz. During calls, the audio volume was loud and clear, without any muffling or noticeable distortion. The speaker too was worked well and loud when making video calls.

Just like its predecessor, TyTN II's Li-polymer rechargeable battery can stand up to 350 hours (UMTS) or 365 hours (GSM) at standby time, and up to 264 minutes (UMTS) and 420 minutes (GSM) for talk time. The device even can last well over two days if you don’t use the features too often.
